I'm not one that loves to brush, but Sonicare makes my teeth feel clean and the time spent worth while. yes it's a lot more than a standard toothbrush but it also cleans a lot better. The initial app had some flaws when running on a android but they've been fixed and is helpful when. focusing on getting an efficient cleaning. it also has helped in creating a healthy habit.
Won't connect to my brand new toothbrush. I tried on my Google pixel 6 pro and my Iphone 11 pro along with a tablet and it won't connect on any of them.
Very poor for such an expensive product. A messy layout, heavy on ads, tips are useless and the tracking history is fundamentally flawed. My brush is great, but the app is terrible. Brush twice every day - Saturday morning, the 'tip' is still "we notice you're only brushing once a day". It's so short sighted... because I haven't brushed twice today, Iust therefore only brush once every day???
brilliant piece of equipment get your teeth really clean it's like having the hygienist with you this is the second Philips toothbrush I have bought and I probably will buy again 🇮🇪
Won't Connect half the time and when it does doesn't always work like it's suppose to
I'm using diamond prestige series and when brushing, I only see a count down timer, and not the real time guidance.
I have never had this much fun brushing my teeth!
Best purchase I ever made
Google vs iOS. I used this app with my toothbrush on an iPhone and it was seamless - I never experienced an issue and had zero grievances. Now that I have an android phone and am using this version of the app it is a very different experience. I have an issue every single time I try to use the app. Connectivity and syncing issues. It's unreliable, and quite frankly, frustrating. Considering the comparison of the two versions and the cost of the toothbrush/heads, the performance is unacceptable.
Lousy apps, never ever connect once before, SUPER LOUSY APPS!!!!!
